Layout of the Month

I've been tinkering with this layout for weeks. Then I said to myself, "enough already, post the stinkin' layout!" So here's our latest layout of the month, featuring the Mix & Mend collection from Sassafras Lass.

I wanted to focus on working with paper that is already super detailed. How can you make the most of the detail, add your own texture and twist and still add pictures? We'll I never made it to the pictures part...but there is space for them on this layout...one 5x7" & two 4x6". Here are more details of the project.

Learn how to make this layout on Sunday, March 27th or Tuesday, March 29th.

Anniversary Crop Scraptacular!

We had a FANTASTIC time celebrating the shop's third year anniversary with a 3 day Scraptacular Crop. Here's are just a few snaps...

Julia snuck in some scrapbook time in amid Words with Friends and National Pi Day! Thanks for the pie!

Donice choosing her favorite ribbon embellishments.

Sandra enlisted her kids to help her move in for all 3 days. Thanks for sharing all of your cricut cartridges!

Everybody in scrap-action

Of course there were lots of yummy treats to be found.

Even Linda's new dog Miss Vivien spent some time with us!

Thanks to everyone for such a fantastic anniversary weekend and don't forget...our next 3 day crop is in honor of National Scrapbook Day and will be held May 13th - 15th (one week later because of Mother's Day). Reserve your seat now because space always goes fast!
